1/2 pkg dry chocolate cake mix
3 T chopped pecans
3 T mini chocolate chips
1 c Fiber One cereal
1 c shredded zucchini squash
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c diet Sprite

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Fiber One cereal in diet Sprite in bowl. Combine cake mix, spices, nuts, chocolate chips. Add shredded squash. Add soaked Fiber One cereal. Mix well. Put 1/4 cup batter in each. Bake 375 for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
Special Notes
I have used spiced cake mix or butter pecan. Very Good!!
