6 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 sm tub mascarpone cheese
1 c. heavy cream (need 2 pints)
Brandied espresso (2 t. instant coffee, c. warm water, 1 t. brandy extract)
Sweetened whipped cream
2 packs Lady Fingers
Nestles quick (for garnish)

Directions:
Beat egg yolks & sugar until fluffy. Put into top of double boiler. Cook 8-10 min. Take off heat and add mascarpone. Beat until smooth. Beat heavy cream separately until peaked & fold into mixture. Line bottom and sides of dish w/lady fingers. Brush or drizzle on some espresso. Add filling. Repeat this for 3-4 layers. Put sweetened whipped cream on top (this should be last layer) and sprinkle w/cocoa.
