3 chopped green onions 2 diced avocados 6 diced roma tomatoes 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro (or to taste) 1 can white corn 1 can black-eyed peas (beans) 1 can black beans 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, made up.
Drain and rinse beans and corn. Pour dressing over other ingredients until coated or desired consistency (may not use all of the dressing).
