2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. nuts, chopped (walnuts, pecans or almonds)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Beat eggs and sugar together until light.
2. Add to this mixture the pineapple, baking soda, salt, flour, vanilla and nuts. Beat for 2 minutes.
3. Pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and frost with a cream cheese frosting. (See Rosemary's Mexican Wedding Cake recipe for frosting.)
