8 c. flour
1 cube butter or margarine (melted)

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large pan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in bulk. Roll dough out and spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Roll dough up like a jelly roll and cut into inch slices. (You may use a piece of sewing string to help cut nicely through the dough without flattening it, by placing the string under the roll and pulling up through the dough as you hold on to both ends of the string).

Bake at 375 to 400 for 10-12 minutes.
