3 c. water 2 c. sugar 1 ½ c. orange juice ¼ c. lemon juice 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice 3 ripe mashed bananas
Make simple syrup with water and sugar by bringing mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and add juices, let cool, add bananas and pineapple. Pour into trays and freeze for 10 hours or more. To serve, spoon mixtures into glasses and add 7-UP.
