1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can sliced olives
1 small can mild diced green chilies
1 c. prepared cole slaw mix/ with carrots
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients together. Heat tortillas in the microwave, and place mixture in the tortillas. Tightly roll both ends of the tortilla, securing with a toothpick if necessary. Bake on a oiled cookie sheet at 425 for about 15 minutes or until crisp and starting to brown.

Serve with sour cream, salsa and cheese.
