1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. water
1 cup dates (if desired)
1/2 c. chopped nutes (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in greased tins at 350 for 1 hour. Will make 3 baby loaf pans. Double recipe for full can of pumpkin. If doubling, you may want to use a very large mixing bowl.
