2 c. grated carrots
5 c. diced potatoes
1 ˝ c. chopped onions (not dehydrated)
Cook in 2 quarts salted water until tender. Do not drain off the water when this is completed.

Add: 6 (8 oz) cans clams—juice and all.
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bring to a boil and let simmer for 25 minutes; then serve.
