1/8 cup cooking oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 medium onion chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary flakes
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
3 cups hot water
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles cooked and drained;
1/2 lb. cottage cheese;
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese;

Directions:
In hot oil in heavy pan, cook garlic and onion until soft. Add beef and seasonings and cook until crumbly. Mix in tomato paste and hot water. Simmer 30 minutes. In shallow baking dish (9 x 13), put a thin layer of sauce, half of the noodles, all of the cottage cheese, and half of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat with half of the remaining sauce, the noodles, remainder of the sauce and Mozarella on top. Bake in moderate heat (350 F) for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. Let stand out of oven for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
