Two bags of frozen strawberries
Store bought pie shell
Sift: cornstarch, flour, sugar (a little of each)

Directions:

Add: thawed strawberries (4 cups fresh)

Coat completely with sifted mixture

Roll store bought crust right into pan.

Mix 1T strawberry juice and 1 egg. Make egg wash and brush on pie crust. Add strawberry mixture and spread evenly. Roll out top of pie crust. Take a cookie cutter and cut out the a design in the center of the crust. Use fork on edges and brush top with glaze. Bake 1 hr and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Put foil around the edges of crust after fifteen minutes.
