Crust:
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 c. (2 cubes) butter or margarine

Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press into a heavily greased (or parchment paper lined) 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and lemon juice. Sift the flour and baking powder together and stir into the egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Return pan to the oven for 25 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with additional sifted powdered sugar. Let cool completely. Cut into bars to serve.
