2/3 C Sugar
1/3 C Shortening
2 Eggs
3Tsb. Sour milk
1C rotten bananas (about 3 or 4)
2C Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugar, shortening & eggs. Stir in milk. Add bananas. (Sift flour, soda, baking powder & salt) Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add walnuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Let sit on top of stove for 20 minutes. Bake at 350 for 50to 60 minutes. Enjoy!
