1 lb. hamburger
1 shredded carrot
c. chopped onion
1 small shredded potato
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, pinch off pieces of the mixture and roll into them into small meatballs. Brown in oil in a large frying pan and then place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix 1 large can of Cream of Mushroom soup and a can of water---pour over meatballs, DO NOT COVER.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and serve over rice.
