2 quarts of heavy cream
1 pound of butter
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1 lb. Parmesan cheese; grated
1 tsp. garlic puree
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
8 oz milk, at least 2 %

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan brown garlic and melt butter, then add the heavy whipping cream and milk. Add Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer (medium-low) and continue to simmer for 30 minutes or more. Consistently stir the mixture to prevent burning.
