1 angel food cake
1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar,
1 tsp. almond extract
3 beaten egg yolks
3 beaten egg whites
3/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
additional 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 X 13" pan put 1 layer of thinly sliced angel food cake ( 1/2 of the cake).
Cream the butter with the powdered sugar, almond extract, and 3 beaten egg yolks ( use pasturized eggs).

Fold in 3 beaten egg whites and the whipped cream . Put another layer of angel food cake on top. Top with another 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped. Sprinkle with coconut and let set in refrigerator covered for 48 hrs.
