Filling: 2 cups apples, diced 1 cup sour cream 2/3 cups sugar 1 egg, beaten 2 T flour 1/2 tsp. vanilla Topping: 1/4 cup oleo 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup flour
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix filling ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 20 minutes. Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over pie and place back into oven for 10-15 minutes, until topping is melted and lightly browned.
