Filling:
2 cups apples, diced
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cups sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 T flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1/4 cup oleo
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix filling ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 20 minutes.
Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over pie and place back into oven for 10-15 minutes, until topping is melted and lightly browned.
