1 lb. lean ground beef
1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 egg
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
pepper
2 c. cooked potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
3 T. milk
1 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine beef, mushrooms, egg, onion, crumbs and pepper. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mash potatoes with milk and parsley. Stir in Velveeta.
Drain meat shell. Reduce oven to 350F. Fill shell with potato mixture. Bake for 10 minutes more.
