-3 cucumbers, half peeled to leave lines on them, then slice
1 peeled, thinly sliced onion, I prefer red (purple) onions
2-3 tomatoes, seeded and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing (I use fat free for a lighter version)

Gently stir all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 1-2 hours for the flavors to meld. Enjoy with a meal or on its own.
