12-14 medium Red potatoes, boiled with skins and then diced
10-12 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 medium onion finely chopped (I use red onions)
2 ribs finely chopped celery
6 large kosher dill pickles, diced small
12 slices bacon, cut in small pieces, cooked and drained
almost 1 quart jar of Miracle whip
Squirt of mustard, if desired
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all prepared ingredients. You may add more miracle whip, if needed. As it sits over night, the dressing is absorbed. Feel free to add more miracle whip before serving it the next day so it isnít too dry.
