2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4)
1 pound pkg sliced bacon
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3 T chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each cube with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Stir together brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture. Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Learned of this recipe at a cooking class I took at "From the Field." It is always a hit at parties and is so easy to make.( as long as you have a pan with a rack)
