1 lb fresh broccoli
1 can French fried onions
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole dish with Pam. Cook broccoli till tender. Place one layer broccoli in a casserole dish then a layer of cheese and then onion. Repeat to use all ingredients. Pour can of soup over top & bake at 350 for 1/2 hour till bubbly.

A delicious way to get kids to eat their veggies! 2-10 oz pkg frozen broccoli can be substituted for the fresh broccoli.
