1 large can whole Jalapeņo Chile's
1 large can chopped Jalapeņo Chile's
Medium Green Salsa
4 Halibut Steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Slice whole Chile's lengthwise, opening them up.
Place opened Chile's in a thin dish (large enough for 4-6 steaks)
Place Halibut steaks on top of Chile's.
Spread chopped chile's over the top of the steaks.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Remove steaks from whole chile's & place on medium heat grill with diced chile side up.
Drizzle green salsa on top of steaks after they been turned.
Cook to your preferred tenderness. I like mine rare.
