1 5lb. bag potatoes
1 8oz. cream cheese
1 8oz. sour cream (can be low fat)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes until tender. Mash with the sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper. If they are too stiff add a little milk.
Put potatoes in a buttered casserole and top with pats of butter. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Heat in the microwave or oven,
These will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. You can put them in a bowl and heat a little at a time as needed.
