Ingredients:  
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into chunks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place all in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with chips.

This is one of Mary's favorite dips. So rich and fattening!!!! Serve with Frito Scoops or Carr's Water Crackers (I suggest Frito Scoops - unsolicited recommendation of Annie Laurie Cisneros).
