1 3/4 cups Pumpkin
1 cup Brown or White Sugar (or 1/2 c. each)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Molasses
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients. Add eggs, beat well. Stir in milk. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.

Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F.) for 15 minutes; reduce heat to moderate (350 degrees F.). Continue baking 40 minutes or until knife inserted in pie comes out clean.

Cool before slicing.
