6 chicken pieces, skinned
1/4 C honey
1 T lemon juice
1/2 C sesame seeds
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. In a wide, shallow bowl, stir honey and lemon juice until well blended. Place sesame seeds in another bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the honey-lemon mixture, then roll in sesame seeds to lightly coat. Arrange chicken on baking sheet so the pieces don't touch. Bake 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken reaches 180.
