8 c. finely shredded Green cabbage
1/2 c. finely chopped Green pepper
1/2 c finely chopped Sweet red pepper
1/3 c. Vinegar
2/3 c. boiling Water
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cabbage, red and green peppers together in large bowl.

Dissolve sugar in water, mix with vinegar, salt, and celery seeds and pour over cabbage. Mix thoroughly. Cover and let marinate for 3-4 hours.

Keeps refrigerated for 3-4 days.
