3 cups sugar
½ cup Karo syrup
½ cup water
3 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, karo syrup and water and bring to 240º or until mixture forms a thread as it
falls from side of spoon.

Beat 3 egg whites, (stiffly beaten).
When mixture is ready, pour slowly over egg whites and beat with electric mixer until it is a consistency to drop on wax paper. Makes about 5 dozen pieces.
