1 cup sugar
cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
can pumpkin (1 can makes 2 loaves.)
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsps. butter

Mix well all ingredients together except the cream cheese, sugar and butter . Cover a jellyroll sheet (or medium size baking sheet) with wax paper. Pour mixture on wax paper. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Roll bread up while hot, leaving on wax paper. Refrigerate until cool.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and butter together. Mix well. Spread mixture on top of bread. Roll without the wax paper. Cover with Saran Wrap to hold. Chill.
