1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp yeast
(Dissolve sugar in water add yeast and let stand 10 minutes)
Beat: 3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups warm water
Add: yeast mixture to the egg mixture.
Gradually add flour about 6 cups. Mixing a
little at a time. Knead 5 minutes. Brush oil on
top. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Let rise one
hour. Knead. Form into buns. Rise 3-4 hours.

Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes
