4-6 lg boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 16 oz. container of sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 rolls of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. poppyseeds

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 x 14 casserole dish, place chicken mixed with sour cream and soup. Mix together crackers and margarine. Spread crumbled mixture over casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until topping is browned. This is wonderful. Serve over buttered egg noodles.
