4-6 chicken breast halves (or your preferred parts)
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/3 red pepper, sliced
1/3 yellow pepper, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 onion
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
pinch of cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with garlic salt and pepper and brown in small amount of olive oil. Add tomato sauce with a little water to simmer the chicken until done. Add peppers, onion, celery, and cumin. Simmer until vegetables are tender.

Serve over rice.
