1 can black beans, drained
1 can Mexicorn or yellow corn, drained
1 can mild Rotel (with cilantro and lime is good)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 tbsp. Miracle Whip
tsp. garlic powder
1 large bag Frito Scoops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the black beans, corn, Rotel, taco seasoning, Miracle Whip, and garlic powder.
Mix for about 1 minute. Put in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving with Frito Scoops. Store in refrigerator.
