1 pkg dad's coconut cookies (or plain)
1/4 cup butter melted
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg beaten
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crush cookies, add melted 1/4 cup butter and put 2/3 into pan. Bake 5 minutes at 300'F. Mix chocolate squares and 1/4 cup melted butter. Add icing sugar, vanilla, egg and walnuts. Spread over first layer and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
