18 Jalapeno peppers, cut in half
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 8oz. pkg fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup reduced fat shredded sharp cheese
1/4 cup fat free mayo
1/2 tsp oregano
2 egg whites
1 tbsp skim milk
3 cup corn flakes, crushed

Preheat oven to 350. Cut each pepper in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes. Rinse peppers and dry. In a medium bowl, add garlic, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and oregano. Mix well. Pipe about 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture into each pepper. Lightly whisk egg whites and milk together. Put crushed corn flakes in bowl. Dip each pepper in egg whites and roll in corn flakes. Place pepper halves on baking stone. Spray peppers with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes or until peppers are tender. Serve with salsa, if desired.
