1 egg white
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat again. Mix in pecans. Drop on waxed paper. Cook in preheated oven at 290 for 30 minutes. Leave in oven until cool.
