1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 apple peeled, cored and sliced
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Put butter, brown sugar and cinnamon into a 10 inch ovenproof skillet. Heat in oven for about 6 minutes until very hot and bubbly (don't burn)Add apple slices and return to oven for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, milk, flour and salt together. Slowly pour over apple mixture, distributing batter evenly. Return to oven for 25 minutes or until browned and puffed at sides. Cut into 6 wedges and serve with syrup. Another option is to cut into wedges drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
