8 oz. cooked linguine
2 c. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, garlic, and basil in olive oil. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook until broccoli is crisp-tender. Mix in cooked linguine; toss. Stir in tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
