Ingredients:  
3 pounds of Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 teaspoon of Oil
1 can of Chicken or Vegetable Broth
1 cup of sour cream
1 can sliced Mushrooms, drained
1 small Onion, chopped up
1 Bay Leaf
1 bag of bagged of Egg Noodles, cooked
2 teaspoon of Paprika
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown chicken in oil.
Drain of excess oil.
Add remaining ingredients except for noodles and cover
Cook for 45 minutes on low heat until chicken is tender
Remove Bay Leaf
Serve with noodles.
