1 small Idaho potato
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
Peanut Butter or Mint chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Cook a potato until soft. Mash and let cool a little. Add enough
confectioners' sugar to make a stiff dough. Let cool. Roll out
on a flat surface that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Spread with a thin layer of peanut butter. Roll into a log and
chill. Slice into pinwheels.

Using the same dough pinch off small balls and flatten. Let cool
in refrigerator. Dip in melted chocolate that has 1/2 teaspoon
Crisco and 2 drops mint added. Let cool.
