2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 med. onion, lightly sautéed
3 T oil
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients; form into small meat loaves (makes about 8-10 mini loaves). Heat oil in a large frying pan; brown meat on all sides. Drain oil, reserving the drippings.
Add the tomato soup and 1/2 can of water to the pan with the meat loaves. Cover and simmer 1 hour till meat loaf is cooked through. Great with mashed potatoes and a good salad.
