3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. plain flour
1 egg
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, softened
Dash salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. For crust, mix together cream cheese, 1/ 2 c. butter, and flour. Shape into 24 small balls. Chill. Press into tart pan. Set aside. For filling, combine egg, brown sugar, 1 tbsp. butter, pecans, salt an vanilla. Divide between the 24 crusts. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and turn onto cooling rack. Makes 24 tarts.
