- 2 lbs- frozen hashbrowns
- 1 500ml tub- sour cream
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 onion - grated
- 2 cups - grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven 350 F

- mix all ingredients together, put in 9 x 13 pan
- bake for 1 1/2 hours
