4 tbsp butter
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tsp lemon juice
4 firm ripe bananas
4 tbsp dark brown sugar
Dash of nutmeg
Roasted walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Put butter, lemon rind and lemon juice in baking dish and place in oven for 2-3 minutes, just long enough to melt butter. Remove and stir.

Place bananas, cut into thirds, and put in baking dish, turning so they are coated with butter mixture.

Sprinkle brown sugar over them and then nutmeg and walnuts.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Serve hot with whipped cream!
