1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream butter and both sugars together until light. Add egg. Gradually mix flour and baking soda, until thoroughly mixed. Stir in vanilla and potato chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar and let cool.
