fresh pineapple 2-3 cloves of garlic 3 Tbsp Verdi Salsa 2 Tbsp red chilli seeds handful of fresh cilantro 2 tsp lime juice salt pepper 1 green onion finely chopped 1/8 red pepper finely chopped
In food processor add pineapple, garlic, verdi salsa. Pulse until slightly like salsa. Add red chilli seeds, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper, and pulse again. Finally add remaining ingredients. Serve with taco chips.
Yvonne and me loved this salsa in Maui at Maui's Tacos. We finally decided to taste test it until we had the ingredients down. We loved it and of course we loved Maui!!!
