2 packs crescent rolls
2, 8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Press rolls from one can in a jelly roll pan to form bottom crust. Bake for 4 minutes.
2. Cream together cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla; put on top of crust. Layer pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining can of crescent rolls.
3. Mix one egg yolk and one tsp. water together and brush over top. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
