3 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 bad shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 bags of dried beef, chopped
1 small bunch green onions, chopped

Directions:
let cream cheese come to room temperture, using mixer, whip cream cheese til smooth. add remaining ingredients and form into a ball. serve with ritz crackers.
