Salad:
2 bags Spinach
1 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Dressing:
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. poppy seed
1 clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Salad:
Mix lettuce, onion, almonds together. Add strawberries after the dressing has been poured over salad.

Dressing:
Put oil, sugar, poppy seeds, garlic in blender and whip. Pour over salad.

You can also use Romaine lettuce in place of Spinach.
